Chef Clarence Emmanuel won many culinary awards while working at several of Tortola’s restaurants and his own place is now an award winner. Clarence makes the best barbecued ribs and chicken in town and the seafood is delicious too. A favorite here is crab and cucumber salad, and the fresh scallops in lime-butter sauce are a close second. Curried conch, grilled wahoo, curried coconut mutton and fried scallops are in demand. Informal.
